Special orders are not refundable. Non-custom orders are refunded in full minus shipping, if the order is received within 5 days in good condition.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We ship USPS. The Shipping rate is based on the customers location and paid for by the customer. Return Shipping is also paid by the customer. We do have free shipping from time to time on our products. Items can also be tracked for a fee.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO BE MADE?
Each item takes a different amount of time to create. Please send us a message on the items you wish to purchase whether pre-made or a custom order and we will be happy to tell you how long it will take to complete your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Pre-made items will be shipped after payment is received. Custom orders will be created after payment is received and will be shipped when complete.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY ORDER TOTAL?
Shipping may be included.
Every item in our shop is only being charged for the time spent making the item, materials used and shipping. ALL trademaks and copyrights of characters, symbols, (e.g. Disney, smiley face) images, designs, etc. being used are the property of their respective owners and are provided to you for FREE. Our products are NOT licensed products and we do not claim ownership over the characters, symbols, images, or designs, etc. used. HOWEVER, some products ARE of our own design.
